The moment when you see a lower number on the scale than the last time you checked is the most amazing feeling, it’s when you forget about the pain from the hunger and the pain from the workouts, the only thing running through your head is ‘see I CAN do this’ it’s what really motivates you to push harder, because you’re just a step closer to your goal weight.
