Best time to buy: March to July

When shopping for Pineapples look for:
- vibrant green leaves
- a little bit soft
- smell the stem, if it smells sweet, thats good
- try to stay away from “spongy” ones
Storage:
- if unripened keep at room temp for 3 to 4 days until soft and give a pinapple scent
- Then, refridgerate up to 5 days
