Squeal!
Snuck on the scale this morning, to see if it I was any closer to my goal of being 146 for Kathleen’s champagne birthday- and the scale said I was 145.8 - thats a loss of 1.2 lbs overnight! I know I am not close to my UGL, but I feel pretty good for the moment, and I am a pound away from having a normal/ healthy BMI!
